David Barry has more than 50 years of experience in the practice of law, focused on employee benefits, executive compensation and real estate matters.
Over the course of his career, David assisted clients in connection with complex ESOP issues and creative executive compensation arrangements, and he represented many executives in employment and severance arrangements. He also represented various clients in Department of Labor investigations.
In the real estate area, David represented foreign and U.S. investors in connection with their investments in U.S. real estate holdings.
He is currently a life partner in the firm.
