Cole Daly focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, and joint venture disputes. Cole assists clients at every stage of litigation in both federal and state courts. His experience includes drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery investigations, and drafting dispositive motions.

Cole’s experience includes representation of financial institutions, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and other clients in commercial and manufacturing disputes.

Before practicing law, Cole worked in the pharmaceutical industry for three years, most recently as an R&D Chemist. Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Cole was a legal extern to the Hoosier Environmental Council and a law extern to the Honorable Thomas More Donnelly in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chicago, Illinois.
