Charles Fendrych

Charlie Fendrych focuses his practice on both in- and out-of-court corporate restructurings spanning a wide range of industries, including aerospace, pharmaceutical, apparel, shipping, health care, and energy, among others.

Charlie leverages significant experience with both Chapter 11 cases and other distressed transactions gained from representing lenders, debtors, official and ad hoc committees of creditors, and other parties-in-interest while working in a large restructuring practice prior to joining Kelley Drye.
