Chai Williams focuses her practice on a broad range of labor and employment matters, advising and representing employers across the full lifecycle of workplace risk, including litigation, strategic counseling, and internal investigations. 

Chai defends employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour issues across federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration proceedings. Chai also has served as lead counsel in mediations.

In addition to her litigation practice, Chai partners closely with HR, management, and executive leadership to navigate sensitive employee relations matters that require both legal judgment and practical business sensitivity, including terminations, leaves, accommodations, and workplace investigations across U.S. and international jurisdictions. She also advises on the full spectrum of restrictive covenant matters, including noncompete, nonsolicitation, and nondisclosure agreements with a particular focus on issues arising at the intersection of executive mobility, equity compensation, and risk management.

Chai also advises employers on labor relations matters, including the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and the management of union-related issues. She counsels clients on discipline, terminations, and workforce changes, with a focus on minimizing risk and avoiding disputes, and brings a practical, business-oriented approach to sensitive personnel decisions and workplace challenges.
