Briley McVey is a law clerk in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and is not yet admitted to any Bar.

While attending law school, Briley was an intern for the U.S. Department of Justice at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of Illinois. He also represented underserved veterans in a wide array of civil legal matters as part of the University’s Veterans Legal Clinic.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Briley served in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant from Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 462.
