Benjamin handles wage and hour disputes, including class actions, union, worker classification, joint employer, and other employment litigation issues. He also counsels clients on reductions in force including requirements under WARN, ADEA and similar state and local laws, restrictive covenant agreements, executive employment agreements and separation and release agreements.
