The Washington Post Names Kelley Drye A Top Work Place for the Third Year in a Row
Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has been awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces honor by The Washington Post. Kelley Drye was selected from more than 300 nominees. Workplaces selected for this distinction are based solely on employee feedback from a survey conducted by Work Place Dynamics, LLC, an independent research company. The list ranks those organizations that received the highest marks from their employees.
“I am delighted that Kelley Drye was again recognized as a top place to work - it’s a ‘three peat,’” said Kathy Cannon, managing partner of the firm’s Washington office. “We’re very proud of the people who make up this office and who serve our clients every day. It’s gratifying to see public recognition for something I have always known - that Kelley Drye is a great place to come to work.”
Kelley Drye’s Washington, D.C. office is proud to foster an inclusive and healthy workplace that supports the local community. Among this year’s charitable initiatives, Kelley Drye participated in Lawyers have Heart, the Generous Associates Campaign to benefit the Legal Aid Society of DC, and continued our partnership with Noyes Elementary School.
In addition to traditional benefits, several initiatives set Kelley Drye apart. Annual outings to view the Cherry Blossoms, wellness seminars, a charity-driven “Take Your Dog to Work Day,” holiday choir, ice cream socials and other outings that bring the office together.
Kelley Drye will be featured in a special section of The Washington Post on Sunday, June 19th. Read more about The Washington Post’s 2016 Top Workplaces.
