The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Reports Kelley Drye’s Successful Representation in Two Cases
In an article, “Kelley Drye Successfully Represents Clients,” The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel noted the firm’s representation in two separate matters. The first case, which was the Chapter 11 reorganization of Z Gallerie, won the M&A Advisor award for 2009 reorganizations below $100 million. Kelley Drye represented Z Gallerie’s official committee of unsecured creditors as bankruptcy counsel. The honor was part of the publication’s 4th Annual Turnaround Awards.
The Kelley Drye team for this matter was led by partners Eric R. Wilson and Robert L. LeHane. The team included associates Kristin S. Elliott and Jennifer D. Raviele.
In the second matter, which was one of the largest recent awards in trade secrets cases, Kelley Drye attorneys successfully represented Advanced Duplications Services (ADS) in a lawsuit against a former employee and his new company, obtaining a judgment of over $30 million in damages and fees. Partner Robert I. Steiner represented ADS in the litigation.
