The Daily Deal and TheDeal​.com Notes Kelley Drye Representation of Tata’s Acquisition of Citigroup Global Services Ltd.

In an article titled ​“Tata Consultancy to Buy Citigroup Unit,” The Daily Deal and TheDeal​.com reported that Kelley Drye was one of the legal advisers to Tata Consultancy Services who will buy Citigroup Global Services Ltd., the India-based back-office unit of Citigroup Inc. for $505 million in cash.
