SteelGuru Mentions Kelley Drye’s Representation of ArcelorMittal

Kelley Drye was mentioned in the SteelGuru article ​“US steel mills files anti circumvention cases against CR and coated steel from Vietnam.” American steel mills successfully petitioned against Vietnamese steel imports made from Chinese substrate in the past few years, but believe that Vietnamese importers are now circumventing duties on steel by working with South Korean producers. U.S. producers are asking the U.S. Department of Commerce to implement similar duties on Vietnamese steel made from Korean substrate.
