Partner Larry Lasoff Quoted in American Metal Market and Law360 Articles
In an American Metal Market article titled, “Commerce Told to Review Stainless Bar Case,” partner Larry Lasoff was quoted regarding his representation of domestic producers challenging a U.S. Department of Commerce decision. Last week, the U.S. Court of International Trade, in granting the domestic producers’ motion for judgment, ordered that the U.S. Commerce Department revisit its research on dumping of stainless steel bar by Indian producers. Mr. Lasoff said this is a significant decision from the perspective of the domestic stainless bar producers, who “are extremely pleased with the results of their appeal and look forward to working with the Department of Commerce in determining how best to implement the court’s decision.”
In a similar Law360 article titled “Respondents Wrongly Limited In ITA Order Review: CIT,” Mr. Lasoff was also quoted. “We are extremely pleased with the results of this appeal, and we look forward to seeing how the Commerce Department will implement the court’s decision,” Mr. Lasoff said.
