Litigation Practice Expanded with Addition of David Frulla
Washington, DC – Kelley Drye announced today that David Frulla has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He comes to Kelley Drye from Brand & Frulla in Washington DC. Their practices include strong regulatory and compliance components which increase the already diverse scope of Kelley Drye’s litigation practice.

David Frulla is a Member of Litigation Practice and maintains an advocacy-focused practice with a significant litigation component involving administrative law, campaign finance and related tax issues, ethics and voter mobilization, and maritime resource-related law, as well as criminal law and enforcement-related litigation. Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Mr. Frulla served as a founding partner and principal of Brand & Frulla, where he specialized in civil, criminal and administrative advocacy before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He received his AB in Government from Dartmouth and his JD from the University of Virginia.
