Law360 Survey on Attorney Happiness Gives Kelley Drye High Marks
A recent Law360 survey that polled attorney happiness, and what firms are doing to achieve it, placed Kelley Drye in the top five out of 45 firms.
Managing Partner Dana Rosenfeld noted that despite technology allowing for a seamless transition to remote work during the pandemic, the shift upended many workers’ lives. In response, she said the firm strengthened some of its benefits and child care programs.
The article cited how Kelley Drye’s HR team introduced programs on health and financial wellness, and added additional perks to benefits programs that included backup child care, a parents network affinity group, enhanced parental leave benefits and even pet support.
