Law360 Reports on Kelley Drye Representation of Hydroxatone in Class Action Settlement
In the article “Wrinkle Cream Co. Reaches $7M Deal Over ‘Risk-Free’ Claims,” Law360 reported that Kelley Drye represented Hydroxatone in a consumer class action lawsuit filed in New Jersey. The putative class sought a declaration that Hydroxatone’s marketing was misleading and asserted claims of unjust enrichment, breach of contract and violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. Kelley Drye’s team, including partners Joseph A. Boyle, Michael C. Lynch, Lauri A. Mazzuchetti and associate Michael Innes, negotiated a fair and reasonable settlement on behalf of the client this week after months of heated litigation. The settlement will next be presented to the Court for approval.
