Law360 Quotes Partner Paul Rosenthal on Wire Rod Investigation

Partner Paul Rosenthal was quoted in the Law360 article ITA Launches Investigation Into Wire Rods From 10 Countries.” An anti-dumping investigation was opened by the U.S. International Trade Administration into companies from Belarus, Italy, Korea, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates and the U.K. U.S. producers complain that the foreign companies in these countries are exporting carbon and alloy steel wire rod at prices below production costs. The steel industry had been happy about a final decision made by the ITA imposing duties of carbon and alloy steel wire rod, but that didn’t last long. Paul represents Gerdau Ameristeel, Keystone Consolidated Industries and Charter Steel.
