The decision will trigger the Department of Commerce to begin collection of antidumping and countervailing duties according to its May findings that that the merchandise has gained an unfair advantage in the U.S. marketplace. The investigations stem from petitions filed by a group of steel companies including ArcelorMittal USA, which is represented by Kelley Drye attorneys Mr. Rosenthal, Kathleen Cannon and R.
