Law360 Notes Kelley Drye’s Representation of North American Stainless and Allegheny Ludlum Corporation in Federal Circuit

Partners Kathleen W. Cannon and R. Alan Luberda and associate Grace W. Kim were mentioned in a Law360 article entitled Steel Makers Ask Fed. Circ. To Revive Mexican Import Duties.” The Kelley Drye team is representing two American steel producers asking a Federal Circuit panel to revive anti-dumping duties on Mexican stainless steel and strip. These companies claim that the US International Trade Commission ignored evidence that they imports were hurting domestic business before lifting the duties. Ms. Cannon is also quoted in the article, explaining that Mexinox USA Inc. undersold domestic steel producers in one-third of the comparisons examined by the commission, but the ITC didn’t feel that had injured the U.S. companies.
