Firm chair Jim Carr, partner Jason Adams and special counsel Kristin Elliott were mentioned in Law360​’s article ​“The Limited Asks For More Time To File Ch. 11 Plan,” as representing the official committee of unsecured creditors in The Limited’s bankruptcy.  The article discussed The Limited asking for an extension through July 17 and an exclusive solicitation period to September 15 to come up with a Chapter 11 plan, admitting that there is a draft plan in place but that their restructuring situation is complicated.
