Law360 Mentions Kelley Drye’s Representation of Waterloo in Chinese Tool Chests Investigation
Partner Kathy Cannon was quoted in the Law360 article “ITC Greenlights Tariffs On Chinese Tool Chests, Cabinets.” The U.S. International Trade Commission decided illegally subsidized shipments of Chinese tool chests and cabinets are hurting U.S. producers. Kathy told Law360 that Waterloo, a Missouri-based company harmed by imported tool chests and cabinets, was very pleased with the vote. “This action has already helped to save and expand jobs and sales at the operations of petitioner, Waterloo Industries, in Sedalia, Missouri,” Cannon said. “This trade action also helped prevent the closure of U.S. manufacturer, MBI, located in Franklin Park, Illinois, which was on the brink of shutdown when the case was filed.”
Waterloo is represented by Kathy Cannon, Alan Luberda and Brooke Ringel.
