Law360 Mentions Kelley Drye’s Representation of Unsecured Creditors Committee in Houlihan’s Bankruptcy
Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group chair Eric Wilson, partner Jason Adams and senior associate Maeghan McLoughlin were mentioned in Law360 article, “Houlihan’s Confirms Ch. 11 Plan With Creditor Settlement.” Houlihan’s parent company received court approval for a Chapter 11 plan that embodies a settlement with creditors that will likely provide some recovery for unsecured claims.
Houlihan’s hit Chapter 11 just under one year ago, bringing along 55 restaurants of the same name as well as six J. The committee is represented by Eric, Jason and Maeghan.
