Houlihan’s hit Chapter 11 just under one year ago, bringing along 55 restaurants of the same name as well as six J. Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steak Seafood locations, eight Devon Seafood and Bristol Seafood Grill brands, and one Make Room for Truman. The company blamed rising labor costs, lease expenses and competition fueled by food-delivery services.
