Partners Paul Rosenthal and Alan Luberda, and special counsel David Smith and Brooke Ringel were mentioned in the Law360 article, ​“ITC To Continue Probe Into Steel Tank Imports From Asia.” On July 5th, the U.S. International Trade Commission stated that Chinese and Thai imports of steel propane tanks may have damaged the American market. The ITC also announced it will continue to investigate whether the imports are being sold at less-than-fair value and whether unfair subsidies from the Chinese government are at play. ​“It’s a good first step. We’re pleased that the ITC recognized that the domestic industry has been injured by the imports from the two countries,” Paul said.
