Partners Paul Rosenthal and Kathy Cannon and special counsel Grace Kim were mentioned in the Law360 article ​“US Tags Chinese, Indian Polyester With Final Tariffs.” After examining polyester imports from China and India, Commerce found that these countries collected illegal government subsidies to gain a position in the U.S. market.
