Partner John Herrmann, senior associate Brooke Ringel and associate Josh Morey were mentioned in the Law360 article ​“US Sets Early Duties In Self-Triggered Dumping Probe.” For the first time since 1985, Commerce decided to self-initiate anti-dumping and countervailing duty probes on Chinese aluminum sheet after determining that the imports were being sold at unfairly low prices.
