Partners John Herrmann, Paul Rosenthal and Kathy Cannon and special counsel Grace Kim were mentioned in the Law360 article “Preliminary Duties On Chinese Foil Might Restart WTO Brawl.” The U.S. Department of Commerce made a preliminary decision that imports of certain aluminum from China are being sold at a less than fair value in the United States, after the Aluminum Association petitioned for the tariffs. The decision to keep treating Beijing as a nonmarket economy could kick a current World Trade Organization case between China and the US into high gear.
