Partners John Herrmann, Paul Rosenthal and Kathy Cannon and special counsel Grace Kim were mentioned in the Law360 article ​“Preliminary Duties On Chinese Foil Might Restart WTO Brawl.” The U.S. Department of Commerce made a preliminary decision that imports of certain aluminum from China are being sold at a less than fair value in the United States, after the Aluminum Association petitioned for the tariffs. The decision to keep treating Beijing as a nonmarket economy could kick a current World Trade Organization case between China and the US into high gear.
