Partners Paul Rosenthal, Kathy Cannon and Alan Luberda were mentioned in the Law360 article “Chinese Steel Plate Producer Hit With Countervailing Duty.” The U.S. Department of Commerce hit Tiangong Tools Co. Ltd. with countervailing duties on its steel cut-to-length plates. This investigation is part of a larger trade remedy probe that began in April 2016 when U.S. companies – SSAB Enterprises LLC, ArcelorMittal USA LLC and Nucor Corp. – filed petitions against China, South Korea and other countries’ carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate shipments.
