Law360 Mentions Kelley Drye Real Estate Team as Counsel in Sale of Los Angeles Hilton

Partner Robert Bickford was noted in the Law360 article ​“EXCLUSIVE: Downtown Los Angeles Hilton Sells for $115M,” as representing the seller of the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown, Los Angeles. According to the article, the 21 story property in the Little Tokyo neighborhood had been in bankruptcy during the Great Recession. UBS Realty bought the property out of bankruptcy in 2011, opened the DoubleTree by Hilton in 2012 and sold it to a foreign buyer this week.  Bob Bickford represented UBS Realty in the sale.
