Kelley Drye’s William MacLeod Quoted in Global Competition Review

Privacy and digital platforms are a notable part of the policy focus in the ABA Antitrust Law Section’s Presidential Transition Report. In a recent article in the Global Competition Review, partner William MacLeod is quoted stating that ​“this is an inflection point in antitrust, and where it will ultimately go will depend in large part on where the agencies take it.”
