Kelley Drye’s Full Spectrum Podcast Featured in Communications Daily Article on C-Band Reform

The article discusses the FCC’s February meeting agenda, specifically suggested changes to the FCC’s C-band clearing and auction order, including  arguments  for  limits  on  spectrum  aggregation and trying to ensure earth station repacking isn’t done in a slapdash fashion, as well as changes and limitations on fixed satellite service and operation.
