Kelley Drye’s Alan Luberda Featured in Law360 Article on Trade Remedy Rules Proposal

Partner and International Trade practice chair Alan Luberda was quoted in a recent Law360 article discussing the U.S. Department of Commerce’s proposed changes to its trade remedy rules.  This action is a result of  a push to enhance DOC’s enforcement of anti-dumping and countervailing duties. The proposed document consists of entirely new changes, along with the codification of practices that Commerce has gradually adopted over the past few years.

Luberda said It is better for everybody that some of these things get committed to regulation so that we are not wasting our time in every administrative review and every circumvention proceeding about the same things over and over.”
