Kelley Drye Selected as Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Restoration Forest Products Group
Restoration Forest Products Group, LLC, a Bellemont, Ariz.-based sustainable forestry and wood products manufacturing company, and three affiliates, filed for chapter 11 protection Monday night, Jan. 29, in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Their prepackaged plan of reorganization contemplates discharge of about $307 million of prepetition claims, with holders of bridge loan claims and senior Series A bond claims to receive new Class A units and subordinated Series B bond claims to receive new Class B units.
The UCC has retained Kelley Drye and Cole Schotz as counsel and Province as it’s financial advisor.
