Kelley Drye Continues Expansion of Government Contracts Practice
Partners Dorn “Bo” McGrath and William Jack have joined Kelley Drye & Warren LLP’s Government Contracts practice group, where they will advise on public procurement issues including bid protests, claims, cost accounting, compliance, suspension, debarment, and other areas of federal contracting. They will be joining partner David Hickey and associate Elizabeth Johnson in Kelley Drye’s growing government contracts practice.
Bo McGrath brings over 30 years of experience representing contractors, subcontractors, owners, and engineering firms involved in projects throughout the United States, Europe, South America, and the Middle East. He focuses his practice on federal, state, and local government contracts and construction contracts, including bid protests, claims, litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
William Jack represents contractors at the Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and Boards of Contract Appeals in connection with bid protests and contract disputes. He also advises contractors in a number of industries, including manufacturing, information technology, aerospace, defense, health care, energy, architectural and engineering, construction and real estate; on wide range of government contract matters, including internal investigations, compliance, small business contracting, subcontracting, teaming agreements; aspects of mergers and acquisitions; and export controls.
“We experienced tremendous growth in our Government Contracts Practice in 2014 and are thrilled to continue expanding the services we are able to offer our clients that sell to the government.” said Kathleen Cannon, managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office. “The expertise that Bo and Will bring to the firm will benefit many of our existing government contracts clients. This expansion highlights the firm’s commitment to growing our government contracts practice group with experience across the entire range of government contracts practice areas.”
