Kelley Drye Advises Finmarc Management on Purchase of Telos Corp.’s Headquarters in Ashburn, VA

On the heels of Finmarc Management’s sale last week of the Travilah Square Shopping Center, partner Aaron Rosenfeld advised Finmarc in connection with its reinvestment of like-kind funds to purchase Telos Corp.’s headquarters for approximately $26.2 million. Telos Corp. currently occupies all 190,000 square feet of office and R&D space at the approximately 26 acre property located at the corner of Ashburn Road and Leesburg Pike in Ashburn, Virginia.
