CFO​.com Reports on Kelley Drye Representation in TCS Acquisition

In an article, ​“Deals: Forget the Dropped Ones, and M&A Seems Strong,” CFO​.com noted that Kelley Drye was one of the legal advisers to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) who will buy a 20 percent stake in Citigroup Global Services Ltd. from Citigroup Inc. for $505 million dollars.
