The Second Edition of Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts, of which partner Robert L. Haig is Editor-in-Chief, was reviewed in the January/February 2009 issue of Bar Brief, the Newsletter of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. The eight volume, 9,000 page treatise, published by the American Bar Association Litigation Section and Thomson West, features 96 chapters written by 199 principal authors, including 18 federal judges. The review concludes that the Second Edition “is a valuable resource for all lawyers who practice in the federal courts.”
