Attorney Featured in Commercial Fisheries News
David Frulla, Partner in the Environmental, Government Relations and Public Policy, and Litigation Practice Groups, is featured throughout the January 2007 issue of Commercial Fisheries News.
The article “American Freedom ready to take on fish at-sea” highlights David’s client, Atlantic Pelagic Seafood LLC, whose newest ship is set to begin operations off the coast of Maine as an at-sea freezer of Atlantic herring and mackerel. The article outlines the role played by David during the preparations leading to the ship’s launch. Additionally, David is quoted in two articles about his work on behalf of the Fisheries Survival Fund. The articles, entitled “Scallop Amd. 13 to extend observer program” and “Scallopers likely to regain 300-pound monktail limit,” discuss developments in the scallop industry.
