We will have preliminary conversations with you to examine cultural synergies, identify and explore potential cross-marketing opportunities, discuss the support you will need to successfully build your practice, and address any major conflicts in advance of requesting a Lateral Partner Questionnaire. We conduct a thorough business analysis and full conflicts and background checks to ensure a seamless transition to Kelley Drye. As an open partnership, we seek Executive Committee approval and a full partnership vote for each lateral partner addition.
