A thoughtful integration plan is critical to helping new lateral partners establish a solid platform at Kelley Drye and become a true part of the firm community. We have a formal 100 Day Lateral Partner Integration Program” customized for each partner who joins us. Our objective is to make the transition as seamless as possible. The Lateral Integration Program has several core components, including assignment of a partner Advocate, collaboration on a business plan to transition clients and develop new work, facilitation of internal introductions, and support from administrative leaders.
