Your Crystal Ball: New Laws, Revised Regulations and What to Look for in 2016

On January 27, 2016, partner Barbara E. Hoey presented at the New York State Bar Association’s ​“Health Law Section Annual Meeting.” Ms. Hoey discussed new developments expected to impact  health law this year, including issues related to the NLRB, EEOC, sexual orientation and gender identification, ​“Ban the Box” and credit check legislation, the DOL Wage and Hour Division, worker misclassification, and the legalization of marijuana.
