When ADR, Self-Regulation and Litigation Collide

On March 26, 2014 partner John E. Villafranco spoke at the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C. He was the chair and moderator for the session ​“When ADR, Self-Regulation and Litigation Collide,” which discussed how courts have treated NAD rulings, what happens when the same issues arise in a different forum, and the use of cy pres funds following Kellogg, as a matter of law and policy.
