The Ballots Are In: Predictions for Labor and Employment Legal Developments in the Trump Administration

The Donald Trump administration will bring significant change to a workplace that is already highly regulated, including through renewed activity at the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board and the courts. This session will predict and analyze a broad range of changes to come in employment and labor law, particularly in discrimination law, labor-management relations and organized labor, wage and hour laws, government enforcement initiatives, and “hot button” issues like LGBTQ rights in the workplace and use of criminal and credit histories in employment decisions.
