Self-Regulation: Where We Are and Where We’re Heading

Partner John E. Villafranco will moderate the ​“Self-Regulation: Where we are and Where we’re Heading” program during the 63^rd ABA Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting. Mr. Villafranco will join three panelists in presenting the recommendations of a Section Working Group formed to consider industry self-regulation issues in advertising. The recommendations are intended to better promote competition and protect consumers.
