Partner David T. Hickey spoke on the ​“Public Entities and the Focus on Energy Savings and Sources” panel during the 2015 P3C Public-Private Partnership Conference & Expo. The panel, moderated discussed how public entities are exploring solutions to their energy challenges. The panel leveraged notable cases, including a discussion of the Army’s groundbreaking P3 project to ensure that 25% of its energy comes from renewable sources by 2025 and the State of Virginia’s innovative approach to managing their energy costs.
