NYSBA 2026 Annual Meeting

Kelley Drye partner Barbara Hoey will be a panelist at the New York State Bar Association’s 2026 Annual Meeting.

Barbara will speak on the panel titled, ​“Changes and Updates in Employment Issues in Healthcare.” Barbara will discuss key legal and policy developments, including: changes in employment law due to AI and social media; how employers are dealing with DEI; and implications of the changes in federal regulations (NLRB, DOL rule changes, pay transparency, and leave issues, including the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act).
