Kelley Drye Welcomes IBM

On Tuesday, January 29, 2013, in the second of its Diversity Speaker Series, Kelley Drye welcomed Theresa Mohan, Senior Regional Counsel, US East, at IBM. Ms. Mohan’s presentation focused on client services, IBM’s strategic goals and business decisions, including its plans for cognitive software development through its computer, Watson. In this well received presentation, Ms. Mohan encouraged associates to be similarly goal oriented, to carefully listen to the needs of clients and be forward thinking in developing relationships. In the subsequent Q&A section, Ms. Mohan talked about her role in managing IBM’s global pro bono program.

Ms. Mohan is a 1990 graduate of Fordham University School of Law and a recipient of the ABA Section Pro Bono Committee’s 2010 National Public Service Award. More recently, IBM was recognized by the National Law Journal in its Pro Bono Hot List for the work done by Ms. Mohan in response to Hurricane Sandy.
