January Consumer Protection Update

On January 9, 2014 partner Christie Grymes Thompson will speak at the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s ​“January Consumer Protection Update” teleconference. Ms. Thompson will provide a summary of the significant developments in consumer protection law that occurred during December 2013, including cases, settlements, and other initiatives at the federal and state levels, consumer class actions, Lanham Act litigation, and NAD case decisions.
