Steiner spoke on a panel at the annual conference on Recent Trends in Arbitration hosted by the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Center, which welcomed speakers from the United States, India and elsewhere. Mr. Steiner spoke on Interim Orders in International Arbitration Proceedings and their enforceability in U.S. Courts.
