Partner Kate White will speak on the INFORM Act at the Attorney General Alliance Working Group Meetings. The INFORM Act went into effect on June 27, 2023 and mandates that online marketplaces must generally acquire, authenticate, and disclose specific financial and business data concerning high volume sellers using their platforms. This presentation will discuss the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) insights into the implications of the Act.
