Partner Eric McClafferty gave an overview of how energy companies are dealing with the effects of the ever changing landscape of trade wars, tariffs and sanctions.  His discussion summarized the latest tariff increases affecting the industry, addressed how to respond to those increased tariffs, and touched on structuring agreements in advance to deal with sanctioned entities and country concerns.
