FSVP and Other Proposed Rules Under FSMA

On February 13, 2014 associate Grace W. Kim spoke at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s Food Week 2014. Ms. Kim was part of a panel titled ​“FSVP and Other Proposed Rules Under FSMA,” which discussed regulations for the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP), which is a key component of the Food Safety Modernization Act. Ms. Kim provided an overview of importing food into the U.S., custom requirements and how FMSA might change current food importation requirements.
