Facespace II, nothing ever goes away

Litigation Partner, Michael Lynch co-presented with Seth Krauss, the General Counsel and Executive Vice-President of Take-Two Interactive Software, at a conference entitled: ​“Streamlining Relationships with Outside Counsel.” Specifically Mike and Seth led a panel discussion on the topic of ​“Facespace II, nothing ever goes away,” which focused on recent legal decisions and trends involving social networking.
